Draft, pending the operator's review. Bracketed items must be filled in and this page reviewed by a qualified adviser before LOWE is opened to the public. No legal advice is offered here. · 本页为草稿,方括号内容须由运营者填写并请专业人士审核后, 方可向公众开放。

1. Who this is between

LOWE (the "service") is operated by [OPERATOR NAME / ENTITY], reachable at [SUPPORT EMAIL]. By creating an account you agree to these terms with the operator.

2. Your account

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to use LOWE to: break the law; generate or distribute content that is illegal in the place you or the operator are located; infringe others' rights; produce sexual content involving minors, harassment, or instructions for weapons, malware or other serious harm; attempt to break the service's security or other people's accounts; or resell access without the operator's written agreement.

LOWE connects to third-party model providers (for example DeepSeek, GLM, Kimi, Qwen) using keys chosen by the operator. Those providers' own terms also apply to the text sent to them.

4. Content and generated output

5. Limits and cost

The service applies usage limits, which may change: a monthly allowance per account, a per-account daily and weekly cap, and a daily ceiling for the whole installation (LOWE_GLOBAL_DAILY_CNY). When a limit is reached the service stops starting new answers; see the sign-in page or the operator for the current values.

6. Availability

The service is offered as it is and as available. It may be unavailable, lose data, or stop entirely. The operator does not promise any level of availability or fitness for a particular purpose, to the extent the law allows.

7. Ending it

You can delete your account at any time in Settings > Privacy; your chats, files, preferences and password are removed then. The operator may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, and will say why at [SUPPORT EMAIL] where it is reasonable to do so.

8. Changes

These terms may change; the date above changes with them. Continuing to use LOWE after a change means the new terms apply.

9. Law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of [JURISDICTION], and disputes go to [COURT / ARBITRATION]. Nothing here removes rights you have under mandatory consumer law.
